Troubleshooting Authenticated Job Boards
In order for a new customer portal user to be created via an authenticated job board, the Owner of the "Candidates" account record must have a Role assigned. If you are receiving the following error, "Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted. There was an error when trying to create your user.
Portal UserID is Null"

Navigate to the "Candidates" account record.

Verify ownership of this record.

Review the Account Owner's User configurations and ensure that there is a Role assigned.

Assigning a Role should resolve this issue.
