Duplicate Contacts via Job Board

Jobscience has standard duplicate check process in place when adding new Contacts via a Resume Parse. This duplicate check can be disabled via the Job Board; however, this is unlikely to be in place and not a recommended use case.

Steps to Implement

1. Determine which Job Board requires the ability to disable the duplicate check.

2. Locate the associating Board Setup Record

3. Select Edit.

4. For the Field Type blank the value.

5. Save your changes.
