How To Control Which Applications Candidates Can View on the Job Board

Jobscienceallows you to control which of their applications candidates can see on the job board. This only applies to authenticated job boards. This only applies to authenticated job boards (where candidates are required to log in).

1. Navigate to the Board Setup tab, select your job board and open it for editing.

2. Edit the Job Applications Display Mode field.

   • Direct Application Only: Candidates can see jobs the applications for jobs they applied to on your job board but NOT instances where a Recruiter applied them.

   • Show None: The candidate cannot see any application information.

   • Show All: The candidate will see Applications they applied to AND applications where a Recruiter applied them.
