Question Sets, Answers, and Prescreens
A Question Set is a standard group of Questions and Answers that a recruiter can use to filter Candidates for a specific type of job. Along with Standard Questions, Question Sets help filter many Candidates down to the one or two that are most fitted for a job. You may associate a Question Set with a Job Order. When a Candidate applies for a second job, whether Question Set Questions are displayed depends on the value associated with the Question Set Handler option. Possible values are:
-
Always: The system will display the Question Set Questions on the Job Board every time the Candidate applies to a Job Order.
-
Populate: The system will check to see if there are Prescreens already assigned to the application record. If yes, all Question Set Questions are displayed and pre-populated with the Candidate';s previous answers, which the Candidate can then make changes to before submitting the application. If no, all Question Set Questions are displayed for the Candidate to answer.
-
Omit: The system will check to see if there are Prescreens already assigned to the application record. If yes, the Question Set Questions are not displayed. If no, all Question Set Questions are displayed for the Candidate to answer.
About Question Sets
A Question Set typically links to multiple Questions, each of which links to two or more Answers.
