Manager's Toolkit: Average Fee % By Client
The Average Fee % By Client report shows the average fee % by client for the placements made within the selected timeframe. Its purpose is to provide an insight into the variance between the fee percentages in place for your active clients, easily highlighting both consistency and deviation.
This report is part of the Slice & Dice Manager's Toolkit.
Key Questions This Report Helps Answer
- How consistent are our fee percentages?
- Why such variation between one client and the next?
- Why is the average fee for this client so high/low?
- Is that 100% fee a retainer? If not, is it a data quality issue?
- What are the overall averages for this consultant/team?
Tips
- Click on a cell to view the underlying data behind each result.
- This report shows an average rather than displaying the volume of placements. See the black dropdown options to the left of the blue variables:
- The standard option is Sum (whole numbers).
- The report also shows the Fee %, which is selected from the bottom dropdowns. The standard option is KPI Value.
- You can select lots of other options on this list. In this report, Average has been selected from the top dropdown and Fee% from the bottom.
- Try selecting other values like List Unique Values and Fee % to see all of the available options.
