The Client Care report shows the following by Organization and associated Contact:

Organizations Added
Contacts Added
Client Calls
Client Meetings
Jobs Added
CVs Sent
Total Placements.

This report contains several of the same metrics as the Client Activity report, but this report incorporates newly added entities and contacts.

Key Questions This Report Helps Answer

How effectively is my consultant/team at generating new organizations and contacts (potential new business opportunities)?
How well are they servicing prospects/clients?
How well are they converting contact with clients into jobs?
Which clients have the highest growth?
