Manager's Toolkit: Pending Interview Whiteboard

By default, the Pending Interview Whiteboard report shows upcoming interviews in the next month by Owner, Interview and Job Type, Client and Job Title. It is designed to easily replace methods that more manual to maintain, such as physical whiteboards or Google Sheets.

Key Questions This Report Helps Answer

What interviews do the consultants in my team have this week/month?
Does the volume of pending interviews bode well for the team to generate placements and revenue?
Are my team correctly administering their interviews in the CRM?
Which candidates do we need to communicate with or follow up with?

Tips

Rather than showing numbers, the data presentation has been changed to List Unique Values and Candidate. This displays the relevant candidate names instead.
The columns are broken into week, date and day of the week. Note how the blue variables are pulled into the columns and rows to create the format of the report.
Rearrange the order of the blue variables to change the way your report is formatted.
