Adding Comments to Placement Records

Adding comments to Placements is possible using the Comments field on Placement records. This field is available in your Placement Field Maps.

If you move a Submission to a Placement via the Submissions tab, then the comments you add will automatically appear in the Comments field on Placement records.

Adding Comments to Placements

The below steps walk you through adding comments to a Placement by moving a Submission to a Placement. Alternatively, you can add comments directly on the Placement record by using the Comments field.

  1. Navigate to the Submissions tab on either a Candidate or a Job record.
  2. Select the desired Submission.
  3. Using the Move drop-down, select Placement.
  4. Fill out the Comments field.
  5. Click Move.

When you save the Placement, the Comments field will populate with the comment you left.
