Viewing a List of Jobs Published to Your Open Source Career Portal

This article explains how to view a list of jobs published to your Open Source Career Portal (OSCP).

For a job to appear on your OSCP, it must be set to Open and have a Publishing Status of Published - Approved. You can filter your Job List by these two fields to see all jobs currently published to your OSCP. The steps below walk you through setting up that filter.

View a List of Your Published Jobs in Bullhorn

  1. From the Bullhorn Menu, select Jobs.

  2. Add the following columns to your view:

    • Open/Closed - isOpen

    • PublishingStatus - isPublic

      Don't see these fields? Ensure they are added to your View Layout.

  3. Select Save.

  4. Filter the Open/Closed column by "Open".

  5. Filter the Publishing Status column by "Published - Approved".

Once the filters are applied, you'll be able to view the list of jobs published to your OSCP.

If you don't see a list of all jobs published to your Open Source Career Portal, ensure there are no other filters on your Job List.

Save the List as a Favorite Search

Follow the steps below to save this filtered view as a favorite search. Once saved, you can return to it any time you need to see a current list of jobs published to your OSCP.

  1. Select Favorites.

  2. Click Save this Search.

  3. Give your search a name and select the desired privacy settings.

  4. Select Save.

To return to this search later, open the Job List, click Favorites, and select the name of your saved search.
