The Open Source Career Portal (OSCP) functions out of the box, but additional services like the Indeed Syndication, Branded Career Portal Posting, and others can enhance your utilization of the OSCP. A web developer with CSS knowledge can also customize the OSCP.

Enhancing Your OSCP

Additional integrations can help you more fully use the OSCP.

Google Analytics (Versions 3.0 and Higher)

Versions 3.0 and higher of the OSCP can be set up to take advantage of Google Analytics. This allows you to track Job views and applications.

Google Jobs (Versions 3.0 and Higher)

Requires the OSCP with Advanced Hosting

Versions 3.0 and higher of the OSCP with Advanced Hosting can be set up to take advantage of Google Jobs. This allows your jobs to filter through Google search results to get them in front of more candidates.

Accessing the OSCP’s RSS/XML Feed (Versions 3.0 and Higher)

Requires the OSCP with Advanced Hosting

Versions 3.0 and higher of the OSCP with Advanced Hosting allow you to access the OSCP’s RSS/XML Feed. This allows you to send a link to candidates so they can subscribe to job updates.

Indeed

The Indeed Syndication allows you to publish jobs to Indeed from your OSCP as well as pull responses into Bullhorn.

The syndication can use either the OSCP or a custom portal that meets Indeed’s requirements.
All jobs syndicated to Indeed must meet their Posting Guidelines.
The syndication sends all jobs sent out of Bullhorn on a single feed that includes all our clients. Jobs cannot be marked as sponsored listings directly from Bullhorn. Sponsored listings must be done manually on Indeed’s site through your account.

Branded Career Portal Posting

Branded Career Portal Posting is an enhancement to Indeed job posting. This enhancement allows the following options:

Specifying a Career Portal per brand. This feature can be used if you operate under multiple brands within one Bullhorn corporation.
Directing applicants from Indeed to different career portals
Setting up custom filtering, to separate which jobs go to which site
- To filter by the criteria you want, your developer will need to use API on each OSCP site for the jobs.

If you aren't interested in publishing to Indeed and want to manage separate career portals, you can do this without Branded Career Portal Posting.

Customizing Your OSCP

Displaying Additional Job Fields (Versions 3.0 and Higher)

With versions 3.0 and higher of the OSCP, it’s easy to display additional Job fields to show as “chips” on Jobs you post to the OSCP:

Additional fields will show to the right of the Job title.
