Reject Origin in a Reject Flow enables users to associate a Reject Origin value with the Reject Reason field.
The Reject Origin picklist can be customized by Admin users. Configure what Rejection Origin value should be associated with each Reject Reason, and if you want the value displayed on the UI. Once this option is selected, the Reject Origin is displayed on ATS UI as follows:
- List View One of the three user Interfaces in ATS v2 (the others being Kanban View and Table View): Pop-up on mouse-over.
- Table View One of the three user Interfaces in ATS v2 (the others being Kanban View and List View): Rejection Origin column.
- Kanban View The main User Interface in ATSv1 (the page that opens after a job/candidate is selected and that shows buttons, stage columns, or swimlanes, and cards). One of the three UI Views in ATS v2 (the others being List View and Table View): Rejection Origin indicator on card.
