Canceled Interviews with Past Date

As a default, all canceled interviews with a past date will be displayed in your Canceled tab.

You can choose to have any canceled interviews with a past date not be displayed in View Schedule.

How To View

You can view your canceled interviews option.

1. Navigate to View Schedule.
2. Click the Canceled tab.

Configure

To change it to where

1. Navigate to Setup > Custom Metadata Types > ATS Action Configuration.
2. Choose the View Interview Schedules record for the specific record type.
3. Click Manage > select the Send Out ScheduleV2 Cancel Only Future checkbox.
4. Click Save.
