Out-Of-Scope Metrics Use Cases for Enterprise Edition

The following use cases are considered out of scope for standard Enterprise Edition implementations and support:

Custom Premium Metrics: A metric that supersedes the standard logic or calculation of existing Bullhorn Analytics metrics.
Calculated columns: A custom column in the data details clickthrough which is not an explicit piece of data held in Bullhorn Analytics and requires processing to generate the correct outcome.
Custom Actionable Insights: Actionable Insights are metrics that leverage other information pieces to derive an output, e.g. Upcoming Contract Finishers without a Call within the last 7 days.
Custom entities: Bringing through a previously unmapped Bullhorn entity or object into Bullhorn Analytics. This is limited to entities or custom objects which comply with the functionality of the core system.
Mass verification or modification of metrics when a customer changes a part or the entirety of their Bullhorn configuration to allow Bullhorn Analytics to continue to function correctly.
Updating, changing, or inserting data into Bullhorn ATS to correct data quality issues or human input mistakes present in your Bullhorn ATS data. Bullhorn Analytics data is deemed correct and accurate when there are no material discrepancies between the data in both systems.
