Shift Scheduling Metrics are available to all users of the Enterprise Edition of Bullhorn Analytics who use the Shift Scheduling feature.
This article lists and defines the standard Shift Scheduling metrics available for Bullhorn Analytics. These metrics offer valuable insights into shift coverage, employee availability, and overall scheduling efficiency, empowering users to make informed, data-driven workforce management decisions. Organisations can boost operational efficiency by monitoring shift fulfilment effectiveness and refining scheduling practices for optimal results.

Shift Scheduling Metrics

| Total Shifts | Yes | The total number of Job Shift openings starting within the selected timeframe. |
| Unfilled Shifts | Yes | The total number of unfilled openings for Job Shifts starting within the selected timeframe. |
| Unfilled Shift Hours | Yes | The total number of hours available to be worked for Job Shifts starting within the selected timeframe calculated by multiplying the Job Shift hours by the number of unfilled openings. |
| Shift Assignments | Yes | The total number of Job Shift Assignments starting within the selected timeframe. |
| Shift Assignment Hours | Yes | The total number of hours filled within the selected timeframe calculated by multiplying the Job Shift Assignment hours by the number of Job Shift Assignments. |
| Days Booked | Yes | The total number of days booked within the selected timeframe where the Job Shift Assignment duration is at least X hours. |
