Improved Off-Limits Warning Indicator in Person Pill Icons

When adding comments to contacts A contact (or client contact) is the person who the recruiter is working with at a Company. In Talent Rover a Contact can be either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. Both types of Contacts are stored in the same object (Contact). using the new Power Share (MI) action, it’s now easier to identify whether a contact is off limits when attempting to create applications for the selected contacts. The contact is checked for off limits, and the standard contact icon is replaced with an off-limits icon This update ensures clearer visual cues for managing contact applications in Power Share.

dIf creating a new application is not an option for a contact, the standard contact icon will still appear in the Power Share pill, even if the contact is off-limits.

Power Sharing Toggle for Shareable Subjects

To minimize visual distractions when adding a project comment, a new button has been introduced on the new Power Note (MI) action. This button enables sharing of comments for shareable subjects.
