Creating Reminders about a Candidate (Snooze)

Setting a Reminder Task for a Candidate

  1. From within the Enhanced Applicant Management System, the steps you follow differ slightly depending on if you are setting a reminder task for a single Candidate or for multiple Candidates:

    • To set a reminder task for a single Candidate, select the Snooze icon/button in the Control column for the Candidate you selected. The Snooze Candidate(s) dialog appears.

    • To set a reminder task for multiple Candidates, select Candidates by selecting the corresponding checkboxes in the Action column and then click the Snooze icon/button in the upper left section of the Enhanced Applicant Management System. The Snooze Candidate(s) dialog appears.

  2. Choose a Due Date:

    • Select the box to display a calendar. This allows you to select any date.

    • Choose the date link at right. This inserts today's date into the field.

  3. Snooze to schedule the task or Cancel to quit.

    Note: Performing a snooze will create an open task assigned to you and mapped to the Candidate contact and Job Order.
