Reverting a Candidate's Stage in the Applicant Management System (AMS)
If you move a Candidate's Application forward in the recruiting process and then realize you need to move it back, you can use the Revert Stage feature. The Revert Stage feature allows you to move an Application backwards to the appropriate stage in the recruiting process. Unwanted stage records are deleted and the active stage is updated accordingly.
Note: Jobscience recommends that only a few select users who share a common profile have access to the Revert feature within the system. Since the Revert feature deletes and updates records in the system, this ensures that you maintain control over the data within your system. Users who are granted permission to perform the Revert function need to have full object-level security (OLS) permission to the Placement object.
