Filtering the List of Candidates in the Enhanced Applicant Management System (AMS)

Along the top right section of the Applicant Management user interface, there are links which filter the List View of Candidates according to their status in the placement process. The links include:

• Highest Status: Lists Candidates from highest to lowest status.

• Application: Lists Candidates who are considered eligible for the position.

• Placement: Lists Candidates who have accepted job offers.

• Rejection: Lists Candidates who have been rejected for any reason.

When you select a link, the Applicant Management user interface refreshes and displays only those Candidates whose stage matches the link you clicked on.

• Example: Selecting the Application link displays all Active Candidates whose Overall Stage is Application.
  

Note: Candidates are considered Active when the Status of their Application record does not equal Rejected or Accepted. The Overall Stage on the Application record of the Candidate determines which Stage View the Candidate will appear in.
