Logging Emails as Notes
Logging outbound emails as notes requires an active email integration with Bullhorn. Please contact Bullhorn Support if you would like this enabled.
It is not possible to log inbound emails as Notes.
- After this is enabled, use the System Setting defaultEmailNoteAction to change the default note action for outbound emails. You must also enter the value under the commentActionList.
- The setting does not require a specific value, so use a value that makes sense for your company.
Outbound emails are still tracked on the Activity tab.
