Appointments in Your Workflow
Including appointments in your workflow allows you to capture the total number of appointments for your records. You can take this a step further by customizing the specific appointment type that you want to trigger your workflow icons.
To view a list of all workflow customization options, see Workflow System Settings.
Appointments
The date on the appointment must be in the past for the workflow icon to light up.
Including [Appointment] in your workflow system settings will add an icon on your records that is triggered when an appointment is added.
[Appointment] is available for the following entities:
- Candidates - Using the candidateWorkFlowSteps system setting.
- Contacts - Using the clientContactWorkFlowSteps system setting.
- Jobs - Using the jobPostingWorkFlowSteps system setting.
- Leads - Using the leadWorkflowSteps system setting.
