Interviews in Your Workflow

Overview

Utilizing interviews in your workflow allows you to capture the total number of interviews associated with your records.

Interviews

Including [Interview] in your workflow system settings will add an icon on your records that is triggered upon adding an interview against a record.

When an interview is added, use the Schedule Next Action Field to Add Appointment, the appointment created must have a Type of Interview for the icon to light up.

[Interview] is available for the following entities using the listed system setting:

  • Candidates: candidateWorkFlowSteps
  • Companies: clientCorporationWorkFlowSteps
  • Contacts: clientContactWorkFlowSteps
  • Jobs: jobPostingWorkFlowSteps
