Candidate Information in Your Workflow
Including candidate information in your workflow allows to capture candidate specific information as it is added to your candidate records.
You can add the following types of candidate specific information into your workflow:
- Work History
- Education Information
- References
- Certifications

Work History
Including [Work History] in your workflow system settings will add an icon on your records that is triggered when work history information is added to the Work History tab on candidate records.
[Work History] is available for the following entity:
- Candidates - Using the candidateWorkFlowSteps system setting.

Including [Certification] in your workflow system settings will add an icon on your records that is triggered when certification information is added to the Certifications tab on candidate records.
The Certifications tab on candidate records is controlled by setting the enableDetailedCandidateCertifications system setting to TRUE.
- Contact Bullhorn support if you would like to add or remove certifications from your database.
