Statuses in Your Workflow
Including statuses in your workflow allows you to set a specified status as a workflow icon that will light up when your record is placed in that status.

Statuses
Including [Status:___] in your workflow system settings will add an icon on your records that is triggered when a record is placed in a specified status, where ____ represents your defined status. (i.e. [Status:Offer Pending]).
- Additional values represented by ____ need to be added to the corresponding entities Field Mappings within the Status value list.
- If the record was once in the specified status but is not any longer, the workflow icon will remain lit up. For example, if your workflow icon triggers when a candidate is in a status of Interviewing and you move them from that status to a new one, the workflow icon for Interviewing will remain lit.
[Status:____] is available for the following entities:
- Candidates - Using the candidateWorkFlowSteps system setting.
- Companies - Using the clientCorporationWorkFlowSteps system setting.
- Contacts - Using the clientContactWorkFlowSteps system setting.
- Jobs - Using the jobPostingWorkFlowSteps system setting.
- Leads - Using the leadWorkflowSteps system setting.
- Opportunities - Using the opportunityWorkflowSteps system setting.
