Converted Records in Your Workflow
Including converted records in your workflow allows you to add a workflow icon that will light up when a record is converted to another entity. For example, converting a lead to a contact.

Converted Records
Including [Converted] in your workflow system settings will add an icon on your records that is triggered when your record is converted to another type of record.
- If the record that your lead or opportunity is converted to is deleted, the workflow icon will remain lit up.
[Converted] is available for the following entities:
- Leads - Using the leadWorkflowSteps system setting.
- Opportunities - Using the opportunityWorkflowSteps system setting.
