Job Postings in Your Workflow

Including job postings in your workflow allows you to quickly view the total number of jobs associated with your contacts and companies. Selecting the Job workflow icon opens the Add Job screen if no jobs are tied to your contacts or companies. If jobs are tied to the record, selecting the workflow icon will open the list of associated jobs.

An associated job refers to the company and contact that is offering the job.

Job Postings

Including [Job Posting] in your workflow system settings adds an icon on your records that is triggered when job postings are associated with those records.

[Job Posting] is available for the following entities:

Contacts - Using the clientContactWorkFlowSteps system setting.
Companies - Using the clientCorporationWorkFlowSteps system setting.
