Notes in Your Workflow

Including notes in your workflow allows you to track the total number of notes on a record for a specified note action. For example, you can add a workflow icon that will track the total number of notes that a record has with a note action of Outbound Call.

Notes

Including Text in your workflow system settings will track the total number of notes on a record with a specified note action, where Text represents your defined note action. (i.e. Outbound Call).

  • Additional values represented by Text need to be added to the commentActionList system setting.

Text is available for the following entities:

  • Candidates - Using the candidateWorkFlowSteps system setting.
  • Companies - Using the clientCorporationWorkFlowSteps system setting.
  • Contacts - Using the clientContactWorkFlowSteps system setting.
