Admin: Nested Menus ATS Actions Quick Search Category Creation

You must create categories for your ATS actions. To do this, you must create the the categories in the custom setting ATS Nested Menu Category with the the Show ATS Nested Menus checkbox.

1. Navigate to Setup > Custom Code > Custom Metadata Types.
2. Next to ATS Nested Menu Category click Manage Records.
3. To create a new category, click New.
   
4. Fill in the ATS Nested Menu Category Edit window with the following information:
   • Label: Enter the label you would like to have for your category.
   • ATS Nested Menu Category Name: This is the unique name used by the API API, or Application Programming Interface, is used by customers to create custom career portals or to take advantage of Data Mirror/DataMart. Bullhorn prefers to use REST API..
   • Custom Label: This will be what text is displayed in the nested menu for this category (EX: Email).
5. Click Save.
6. Repeat these steps as many times as needed until all your categories are created.
   • You can return later to create more categories as needed.
