Admin: ATS v2: Configure Send Out Dymamic Fields

To control fields on the modal window, adjust Internal Interview Schedule This is the record that captures the details of the interview set up (day, time, address, etc) Form fieldset on Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. • Works only for the UI Mode (non-mass or bulk).

Configure

Add a DeveloperName record to the Named Settings(BHTK) Custom Metadata Type.

1. Go to Setup -> Custom Metadata Type.
2. Next to Named Settings(BHTK), click Manage Records.
3. Create a record with the following information:
   • Label: Enter "fieldSetRules_internalInterview".
   • Named Setting (BH4SF) Name: Enter "fieldSetRules_internalInterview".
   • Configuration: You must populate this field with the JSON configuration.
   • Active: Check this box to set this option as active.
4. Click Save.

Supported Modifications

Supported form modifications based on a certain picklist value:

• Making field required, or vice-versa (if is marked as required on the fieldset level).

• Hide field from the form.

• Populate default value.
