ATS v2 Admin: Enable Folders And Templates In Email Editor

To enable the selection of a default template/folder in the Email Editor, the following are available on the Email Page Type Talent Rover object (API API, or Application Programming Interface, is used by customers to create custom career portals or to take advantage of Data Mirror/DataMart. • Default Email Folder: Stores the API name of the email template folder that will be pre-selected in the Email Editor for the current Email Page Type record.
• Default Email Template In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, this mainly refers to email templates: Stores the identifier of the email template that will be pre-selected in the Email Editor for the current Email Page Type record.
  • The following three Email Page Record types are supported:
    • Classic Salesforce Email Template
    • Developer Name
    • External Id/Campaign Unique Name
      • SFMC Integration only
