ATS v2: Before You Use Separate Interview Interviewee Templates

You must have the following prerequisite permissions before using Separate Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Interviewee Templates:

• Admin Permissions:
  • Admins must have one of the following:
    • Message Channels Admin Permission Set: Assign the Message Channels Admin permission set to your admin users.
    • Full Access Permissions: Ensure admin users have full access to Field Permissions (FLS Access), Object Permissions (CRUD Access), and Tab Settings in Object Settings of Email Page Type custom object on the affected profile/permission set.
  • Access to New Record Types: Ensure that all profiles/permission sets used by your admin users have access to the new record types of the Email Page Type object (Basic /Interview).
• User In Salesforce terminology, this is anybody that has login access to an instance. In BH4SF instances, usually the staff of recruiting companies Permissions: Users must have one of the following:
  • Email Editor User Permission Set: Ensure your users have the necessary permissions BH4SF Email Editor User permission set assigned with an ability of defaulting templates/folders.
  • Read Access Permissions:
    • Ensure your users have Read access on Object Permissions.
    • Ensure your users have Read access on all Field Permissions.
    • Ensure the Basic and Interview record types are assigned/enabled in Object Settings for the Email Page Type custom object on the affected profile/permission set.
