Understanding ATS v2 Sub Statuses

Sub statuses can be defined per Candidate, per stage.

• Candidates can only have one sub status at a time for each stage.
• Candidates may have different sub statuses for different stages.
  • These sub statuses apply to all Job record types.
• Changes to the sub status do not trigger any change in Status or Stage (EX: Completed, Current, Not Started/Skipped, Rejected).
  • Status and Stage do not have any connection to sub statuses. You can change one without affecting the other.
