Sub StatusesSub statuses can be defined per Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider., per stage.

- Candidates may have different sub statuses for different stages.

- Changes to the sub status do not trigger any change in Status or Stage (EX: Completed, Current, Not Started/Skipped, Rejected).
- Status and Stage do not have any connection to sub statuses. You can change one without affecting the other.
