ATS v2: How to Use Sub Statuses

Setting the sub status gets the feature working, but it's also a best practice to verify the sub status is working as expected.

If you opted to enable Sub Status History Tracking, you can see history tracking is working because the Is Active checkbox on sub status records will automatically be checked for the current sub status record and unchecked for any previous/historical statuses.
