Why You Want Sub Statuses
With only one status per stage, it can be challenging to know a candidate
A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider.'s exact place in the stage. This delay costs you time and ultimately money. The Sub Status feature fixes this by:
- Providing a visual way of showing multiple stages at a glance (EX: In Progress or Completed).
- Providing status insight without changing the main ATS logic and stage progression flow.
