When an Internal Interview or a Send Out Schedule is created, an associated record is automatically created.
This record captures the following data:
- Job
- Contact (Interviewer or Interviewee)
- User (Interviewer)
- Send Out Schedule V2 record
These details can be accessed for tracking or reporting purposes.
