: Understanding Interview Attendee Interviewer Configurations
In the Interviewer Usually the client/hiring manager taking part in a Job interview. A recruiter can also be an Interviewer/s lookup on Internal Interviews and/or Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. Schedules, the Interviewer Configuration custom metadata type gives Admin users the option of retrieving the following Contacts A contact (or client contact) is the person who the recruiter is working with at a Company. In Talent Rover a Contact can be either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. Both types of Contacts are stored in the same object (Contact). or Users types:
- All Contacts: Any Contact in the database.
- Contacts with Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. Account: Any Contact associated with the same Account as the Job for which the interview is set up.
- Contacts with Job Roles A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.: Any Contact designated a Job Role A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. for the Job for which the interview is set up.
- All Users: Any active User In Salesforce terminology, this is anybody that has login access to an instance. In BH4SF instances, usually the staff of recruiting companies.
- Users as Team Members: Any User designated as a Team Member for the Job for which the interview is set up.
For more complex logic, or to include Contacts/Users types not covered by this configuration, the option is also available to configure a custom Interviewer/s filter logic based on Apex code/custom class. With conditions, Clients A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client. (i.e., interviewers) can also be automatically populated into the Interviewer/s lookup field. You still have the option for manual adds to the records, if you prefer.
