October 2025 (2025.10 GA Release - Package Version 9.21)

SendOut/Internal Interview Email screen> 'To' field: option to remove pre-populated Candidate name and add different Contact or User

When scheduling interviews, you can now send schedules to any combination of Candidates, Clients, and Users. Previously, the Candidate's name could not be removed from the To field. A new setting has been added to make this field editable.

Configuration

Go to Setup > Custom Settings > Email Editor Settings.
Enable the Allow changing ""To"" recipients checkbox.
