'Add to Account List' Search Enhancement

We improved the usability of the Account List dropdown in the Add to Account List action. Previously, users needed to type lengthy or exact Account List names before seeing search results in the dropdown. The lookup required significant characters to match lists, particularly those with special characters or long names, making the feature difficult to use efficiently.

The search dropdown now displays recently viewed Account Lists by default when users click into the field, and the typeahead search begins filtering results after just a few characters are entered. Users can also configure which Account fields appear alongside each list name in the search results, providing additional context for selection.

When using the Bullhorn Generic Lookup component in flows, ensure adequate space is available for the dropdown menu to display properly. One way to achieve this is to wrap the entire flow screen in a section, then add a BH Bullhorn, our flagship product. Section Scroller to that section with a minimum height of 260px or greater.
