Creating an Outlook Appointment That Syncs to Bullhorn
If your Outlook email is integrated with Bullhorn, you can create appointments directly in Outlook and have them automatically track in Bullhorn, as long as certain conditions are met.
Best Practices
To ensure your Outlook appointment syncs correctly with Bullhorn:
-
Include at least one candidate or contact in the Required attendees field.
-
Make sure the candidate or contact’s email address is saved in one of the dedicated email fields on their Bullhorn record.
-
-
You can add colleagues to the appointment as long as at least one candidate or contact is also invited.
Appointments that include only colleagues will not track in Bullhorn.
Appointment Changes
You can change the start time or subject of an appointment directly in Outlook. For all other changes, make updates within Bullhorn to ensure the records stay in sync.
