Planner

The Planner is the go to reference for all appointments scheduled using Bullhorn and is automatically enabled for all Bullhorn customers. You can easily see multiple views such as weekly versus monthly, as well as quickly access and edit your appointments when you need to.

Which appointments appear on my Planner?

  • Appointments that appear under Related Appointments on a given record's Activity tab are displayed.
  • The Planner respects all data restrictions you already have in place. If a user cannot see appointments for a particular department on the activity tab in a record, that user cannot see the appointment on the Planner.
  • Appointments must include an external candidate or contact in order to appear on your Planner

Using the Planner

The planner is available under your main menu. The planner defaults a Monthly view and you must select a day to display the appointments scheduled.

From the monthly view, all relevant information for the appointment will display. To review or edit the appointment select
