Logging Outbound Emails as Notes

Logging outbound emails as notes requires an active email integration with Bullhorn. Please Contact Bullhorn Support if you would like this enabled.

  • After this is enabled, use the System Setting defaultEmailNoteAction to change the default note action for outbound emails.
    • The value must also be entered under the commentActionList.
  • The setting does not require a specific value, so use a value that makes sense for your company.
Note: Outbound emails are still tracked on the Activity tab.
