: Configure Interview Attendee Interviewer Configurations

The below Interviewer Configuration setting is an alternative configuration to the way the Interviewer/s lookup field works out of the box. This configuration provides a different solution to the out of the box logic. For more details on the out of the box logic, see Filtering logic for Interviewer/s lookup field.
- Click Setup.
- Click Custom Metadata Types.
- Next to Interviewer Configurations, click Manage Records.
- Click the action you are looking to configure. The following actions are available out of the box and need to be configured:
- Click Edit.
- Select from the list the following options you would like to enable:
- All Contacts
: Allows the selection of any Contact as an Interviewer.
- All Users: Allows the selection of any User
as an Interviewer.
- Contacts with Job
Account: Allows any contact that is in the same account as the associated job to be selected as an Interviewer.
- Contacts with Job Account can not be selected while All Contacts is selected.
- Contacts with Job Roles
: Allows any contact that has a job role
assigned to the associated job to be selected as an Interviewer.
- Contacts with Job Roles can not be selected while All Contacts is selected.
- Users as Team Members: Allows any user that is assigned as a team member to the associated job to be selected as an Interviewer.
- Users as Team Members can not be selected while All Users is selected.
- Enable Team Members Only in the CC Field: Only allow team members to be selected in the email CC field.
- Active: Specifies if it is an active configuration.
- The record cannot be saved if no option is selected but the Active check-box is selected.
- If you are selecting the Active check-box on two different of these metadata type (.mdt) records, understand this will change out of the box behaviors. For more details, see ATS v2: Interview Attendee Interviewer Configurations Logic.
- Custom Filter Class Name: Allows a custom filtering through the use of a custom apex class.

- All Contacts
- Click Save.
- Repeat the above four steps for all actions you would like to configure.

Validation rules have been set up to prevent users from selecting combinations of Contacts/Users that are not supported.
