Configure USAM Sticky Criteria

The breadcrumbs can be deleted via the Trash bin button unless the corresponding type is marked as Sticky. This means if the user clicks the Trash bin button, the sticky breadcrumbs will stay and the non-sticky breadcrumbs will be deleted.

Sticky breadcrumbs can still be deleted via the X button

  1. Navigate to Setup > Custom metadata types > Search & Match UI Configuration Custom Metadata Type > Manage Records > Search and Match Layout.
  2. For the JSON parameter, stickyFields, sticky = [ yes; no] ).
  3. Click Save.

Sticky breadcrumbs can be marked as excluded, if this option is on.
