Companies are the clients you provide staffing for. A Company record is the central record for that relationship: it holds high-level information about the client organization, including billing and operational details, benefits and salary information, and the Contacts who work there.
While recruiters often focus on individual Candidates and Contacts, the Company record keeps everything about a client in one place.
