Placements
A Placement is the record that a Candidate has been hired by a client for a specific Job. It's created when a Candidate is placed, and from then on it's where you manage the details of the deal, such as dates, pay, and billing.
A Placement links together the Candidate, the Job, and the Company, so you can see the whole arrangement in one place. Placements can also connect to back-office systems, such as payroll and billing.
