Tearsheets & Distribution Lists

Tearsheets (sometimes called hotlists) are lists of Candidates, Contacts, or Leads that you update manually. They're useful for keeping track of Candidates for a specific Job, or Contacts you plan to reach out to.

Distribution lists are used to send mass emails or notifications. There are two types:

• External: for mass mailing Contacts, Candidates, or Leads.

• Internal: for notifying colleagues who use Bullhorn, such as alerting them to new records or sending them copies of Notes.
