Appointments

Appointments are meetings or interviews that you schedule with Candidates, Contacts, or internal users. Each Appointment can be linked to a record in Bullhorn, so there's a history of your interactions. Bullhorn emails an invitation to you and all attendees so everyone can add it to their calendar, and you can invite attendees directly from Bullhorn.

View and manage Appointments in the Planner, where you can see your own schedule and any public Appointments from your teammates. Appointments can be public or private, and private ones are visible only to you and the other attendees.
