Candidates
Candidates are the people you recruit, and the core of your talent database. A candidate record holds everything you know about someone, such as their contact details, skills, work history, and notes, so you can match them to jobs, submit them to clients, and place them. You might also know candidates as applicants, job seekers, talent, or contractors.
You can add a candidate by entering their details manually, or by parsing their resume to fill in the fields automatically.
