New Candidate List: Column Layout

The New Candidate List gives you more flexibility over how your data is displayed. With the new Column Layout window, you can easily add, remove, and rearrange columns, and even save multiple layouts to quickly switch between views.

The new Candidate List will be enabled for all customers by the end of 2025.

Modifying the Column Layout

To open the Column Layout window, click COLUMNS in the top-right corner of the Candidate List.

From here, you can check or uncheck columns to include or remove them from your view. To rearrange columns, click and drag the icon next to each field in the Selected Columns list.

Once you’re happy with the setup, click OKAY to save your changes to the current layout.

Saving Custom Layouts

To create and save a custom layout:

1. Click the CREATE button next to the Layouts section.
   
2. Enter a name into the Layout Name field.
   
3. Click OKAY to save, or CANCEL to discard your changes.

Your saved layouts will appear in the Layouts menu, so you can quickly switch between them as needed.
