New Candidate List: Quick Filters and Users Filter
This article covers quick filters and the users filter in the New Candidate List.
Quick filters allow you to add any filter to the top of the Candidate List view for quick access. Any filters you apply here will also be added in the Advanced Search window.
The new Candidate List will be enabled for all customers by the end of 2025.

Adding Quick Filters

To add a quick filter, click ADD FILTER + and search or select a field to filter on.

Select your criteria and then click SAVE to apply the filter.
All quick filters you add will appear along the top of the list, so you can easily view and refine them without opening the Advanced Search window.
Any added quick filters and subsequent criteria will automatically be added within the Advanced Search window and vice versa.
Users Filter
The Users filter is now located next to the ADD FILTER + button and has a more intuitive layout to make it easier to filter for records owned by specific users and groups (departments).
