New Candidate List: Quick Filters and Users Filter
The New Candidate List includes enhanced filtering tools to help you work faster and stay focused. Quick Filters let you keep key filters visible at the top of your list view, while the updated Users Filter makes it easier to find records by owner or group.
The new Candidate List will be enabled for all customers by the end of 2025.

Using Quick Filters

To add a Quick Filter, click Add Filter + at the top of the Candidate List, then search for and select the field you want to filter on.
Any Quick Filters you add will appear across the top of the list, making it easy to view or adjust your filters without opening the Advanced Search window. These filters are also reflected in the Advanced Search view automatically, and any changes made there will sync back to the list.
The Users Filter
The Users filter is now located directly next to the Add Filter + button. It features an intuitive layout that makes it easier to filter by user ownership or groups (departments).
