New Candidate List: Viewing and Actioning Search Results
This article explains how to view and take action on search results in the New Candidate List .
The new Candidate List will be enabled for all customers by the end of 2025.

Viewing Candidate Details
To view more information about a candidate, click the binoculars icon () on the left side of the list to open the Candidate Slideout.
The slideout includes:

Resume: Displays the candidate’s resume, if available.

Details: A condensed version of the candidate record, including key fields and workflow icons. You’ll see counts for Tasks, Submissions, Client Submissions, Interviews, and Placements. Click any icon to jump to that section of the candidate’s full profile.

Notes: View all notes added to the candidate’s record.

Experience: Includes work history, education, credentials, and references.
To open the full candidate record, click the candidate’s name in the list.
Taking Action on a Single Candidate
From the Candidate Slideout, click the Actions button to perform quick actions without leaving the list.
Currently available actions are:

Email
-
Add Note
-
Add Submission
More actions will be added over time to match the options available in the legacy Candidate List.
Taking Bulk Action on Multiple Candidates
You can take action on multiple candidates at once using bulk actions.
To select candidates, click the checkbox next to each candidate.
To select all candidates on the current page, use the checkbox at the top of the list.
If you want to select all matching results (not just the current page), click the "Select all matching records" message that appears at the top of the list after selecting a page.
Currently, only the following actions can be taken against all matching records:

Email (Recipient limits are based on your usertype entitlements: 50, 200, or 500)

Add to Tearsheet (Limited to 2,000 records per tearsheet. If more are selected, only the first 2,000 will be added.)

Export as CSV

Add to Distribution List
All other bulk actions can only be performed for records displayed on the current page. More actions will be supported in future releases.
Once your selection is made, click the "[X] Selected" button in the top-right corner.
You can choose from the following bulk actions:

Email (Recipient limits are based on your usertype entitlements: 50, 200, or 500)

Change Status
-
Manage Ownership
-
Add Note
-
Create Task List
-
Add to Tearsheet (Limited to 2,000 records per tearsheet. If more are selected, only the first 2,000 will be added.)

Add to Distribution List

Add Submission
-
Add Client Submission
-
Export as CSV
-
Delete Record
-
Erase All Data (Maximum 200 records. GDPR Admin or Erase Data entitlement required.)
The actions available to you depend on your usertype entitlements, so your options may vary.
Managing Items Per Page
The legacy Candidate List used infinite scroll, but the New Candidate List uses pagination for better control.
At the bottom of the list, you’ll find:

An Items Per Page setting, where you can choose to display 25, 50, 100, or 200 candidates at a time.
Sorting Results
To sort the list, click the arrows icon at the top of a column.
Clicking once sorts in ascending order; click again to reverse the sort direction.
